Carbolite HTRV-A 1700 ° C Open close Tube Furnace
1、 Product Introduction:
Kabolette HTRV-A open and close tubular, with a maximum temperature of 1700 ° C.
The installation and positioning of the working pipes in the open closed tube furnace are simple and convenient, and even reactors with flanges can be easily inserted. The open close design can also quickly cool the sample. There is a control thermocouple installed in the middle of the heating zone on the stove. The heat dissipation holes on the furnace shell are designed to cool the furnace body by convection. The two parts of the furnace body each have insulation materials and molybdenum disilicide heating elements, which are installed vertically in the furnace body. The safety lock can protect the operator, and when the furnace body is opened, the heating power supply is cut off.
The standard vertical tube furnace does not include brackets, and users can integrate the furnace into their own equipment. An additional L-shaped bracket can also be selected to support the furnace body.

6、 Attention:
1. Closed status
2. When using ceramic working tubes, the heating rate should not exceed 5 ℃/minute.
3. 220-240V is a single-phase power supply, while 380-415V is a three-phase power supply.
4. The length of the uniform temperature zone of the horizontal tube furnace is measured when it is 100 ℃ below the maximum temperature and shielded plugs are installed at both ends.
5. The maximum continuous use temperature should be 100 ° C lower than the maximum temperature.
6. The depth of the control cabinet needs to reserve a distance of about 150mm for electrical plugs and sockets
